To workout your heart, by exercising you could run in the mornings, or speed walk. doing sports is a good way to workout your heart and have fun when doing it. A good sport that could give you an excellent cardio is playing soccer because, your are running mostly all the time back and forth while playing.Also a good activity to get a good heart workout is dancing fast music such as zuma, salsa and aerobics because you are moving constantly.
The way you could live a healthier life is by eating right, exercising regularly and by staying active. The physical activities that I do to stay healthy and active in my physical education class are ; doing all the exercise my P.E teacher tells us to do. Also by playing basketball with my classmates when done exercising.In the summer to keep in shape I will do all the fun activities I like. The activitys I like are; running early in the mornings, doing zuma and playing basketball games with my friends. I would do this activities at least three times in the week to keep in shape and to live a healthy and have a healthy heart.
